International shipping usually takes around 7–21 working days depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any import taxes or customs duties charged by their local authorities.

Exchange Policy

Due to international shipping limitations, we currently do not support exchanges or returns for international orders.

Please carefully review product details and sizing information before placing your order.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the package with:

• photos/videos of the item
• your order number
• an unboxing video if available

We will review each case carefully and provide support accordingly.

Care Instruction:

Hand wash for best care.

If machine washing: turn inside out, use a laundry bag, wash in cold water on a gentle cycle (especially for pants).

Do not tumble dry on heat.

Hang to dry immediately to reduce wrinkles.

Iron on low to medium heat if needed.
